Shipping & Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the return of undamaged merchandise for a full refund, less any original shipping charges.

 

Customers must ensure that the merchandise is packed for return in such a manner as not to incur damage during the shipping process. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

 

Return transactions must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@ckreaders.com to obtain the required return authorization.

 

Each set of books is shrink-wrapped to prevent moisture and handling damage during shipping and then carefully packed in heavy-duty boxes or cardboard to prevent impact during transit. If the item you received is defective, please photograph the item and packaging materials prior to contacting us at support@ckreaders.com. We gladly offer an exchange or refund with return of the defective item; a postage paid label will be provided. A transaction identification or receipt is required to issue an exchange or refund.
