Our books are priced so that the cost per book decreases as more are purchased. The cost of one Max and Friends set (6 titles) is $28.00. The cost of the entire Max and Friends Series (30 books) is $130.00. For large orders, please contact us for a quote and additional discounts. Free shipping is included on all orders. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the return of undamaged merchandise for a full refund, less any original shipping charges. Customers must ensure that the merchandise is packed for return in such a manner as not to incur damage during the shipping process. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Return transactions must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@ckreaders.com to obtain the required return authorization. Each set of books is shrink-wrapped to prevent moisture and handling damage during shipping and then carefully packed in heavy-duty boxes or cardboard to prevent impact during transit. If the item you received is defective, please photograph the item and packaging materials prior to contacting us at support@ckreaders.com. We gladly offer an exchange or refund with return of the defective item; a postage paid label will be provided. A transaction identification or receipt is required to issue an exchange or refund. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns regarding your order. Our goal is to work with you and resolve any concerns quickly and to your satisfaction. Thank you.

Yes, we accept Purchase Orders. If you are interested in submitting a Purchase Order, please click here and email the form to support@ckreader.com. Once we have received your Purchase Order, we will process your order, ship the books, and forward our invoice. Our goal is to ship within 7 days of receiving your order or you will be contacted directly regarding delivery schedules. If you require a quote please contact us at support@ckreaders.com. For a W-9, please click here. For US customers requiring a tax exemption, you should include proof of exemption with your purchase order. Canadian and Australian customers can place an order online using a credit card or purchase order. All other international customers should contact us directly for purchasing.

All books are shipped within the USA via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping is included in the price of the books. Our goal is to ship within 7 days of receipt or you will be directly contacted regarding delivery schedules.
